All FFL rules will be followed NO REFUNDS do not bid if you are not eligible to buy a firearm. For Non-FFL items. You will receive your item at time of payment from Lewis Auction Company. Do not bid on firearms if you cannot pickup or wish to have your firearm shipped, otherwise firearms will be returned to a secure location.

Shipments: All Firearms shipments will be handled by the dealer at the expense of the buyer to an FFL dealer in your area a $40 Transfer/packing fee will plus actual postal/freight charges. Dealer information provided with invoice. Lewis Auction Company does not ship Firearms.

Other Shipping: All Non-FFL shipping will be facilitated by Lewis Auction Company. Ammunition shipments will be facilitated by Lewis Auction Company thru FedEX with an ORM-D special handling label attached, and adult signature required.
