Bidding is Internet only: Lots will begin to close in order and will close EVERY 15 SECONDS until the auction is completed. Local Checkout: January 12th, 2021 11:00 A.M. till 5:00 P.M., and January 13th, 2021 from 10:00 A.M. till 5:00 P.M. You will pay for all items item at Lewis Auction Company at 228 West Dixie Elizabethtown KY. All HANDGUNS except Black powder will require an FFL transfer and pickup at Sportsman Rod and Gun Elizabethtown KY A $25.00 transfer fee will apply and will be paid to the gun shop directly This is per firearm purchased. All FFL rules will be followed NO REFUNDS do not bid if you are not eligible to buy a firearm.

Out of State Buyers: All Firearms shipments will be handled by Sportsman Rod and Gun at the expense of the buyer to an FFL dealer in your area a $40 packaging/handling fee will apply plus actual shipping charges (paid to the gun shop directly) this applies to all firearms shipped and must go to an FFL in your area. Lewis Auction Company is not equipped to ship firearms and this service is provided by Sportsman Rod and Gun. Coins, Jewelry, and other small items will be shipped by Lewis Auction Company by either USPS or FEDEX a $10.00 packaging/handling fee will apply per shipment. Any out of state purchases over $250 will require identity verification prior to shipment unless you are a previous customer. (example Photo ID and a copy of a utility bill to your address of record with HIBid, or 2 forms of photo ID, this is not hard to do it is just protection for our seller’s cell number for text will be provided on invoice.)

Credit Cards: Credit Cards will be charged for any items not paid for by 5 p.m. January 13, 2020

Tax Exempt: If you are sales tax exempt for resale, please provide tax number prior to bidding so accounts are up to date.

Terms: 12% buyer's Premium will be added to all bids for Cash or good Check and local pickup. For Credit card transactions checkout will be provided thru Hibid a 3% surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions.

High St. Hodgenville KY 42748 (a few items will be in a nearby storage container you will be directed to that area at time of payment) Please keep a social distance per the CDC guidelines. Pickup will be Friday January 8th, 2021 from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time 

Terms: Buyers Premium will be 12% for Cash or good check, credit cards or are accepted with a 3% surcharge.  Any items not paid for by 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time Friday January 8th, 2021 your credit card will be charged unless prior arrangements are made with the auction company before placing a bid. All items sold AS Is where is.
