All Firearms shipments will be handled by Sportsman Rod and Gun 3175 South Dixie Highway Elizabethtown KY https://sportsmans-ky.com 270-737-4867 at the expense of the buyer to an FFL dealer in your area a $40 packaging/handling fee will apply plus actual shipping charges (paid to the gun shop directly) this applies to all firearms shipped and must go to an FFL in your area. Lewis Auction Company is not equipped to ship firearms and this service is provided by Sportsman Rod and Gun. If you have a C/R license and you think the Firearm is eligible that is a question for the gun shop 270-737-4867. The process is you pay via credit card, electronic check, Lewis Auction Company for the firearm and send a copy of your FFL to barry@lewisauction.com we then deliver a copy of your paid invoice and your FFL information to the gun shop.

Ammunition, Jewelry, Coins and other small items will be shipped by Lewis Auction Company by either USPS or FEDEX (ammo only ships FEDEX with ORDM label) a $10.00 packaging/handling fee will apply per shipment plus actual postage. Any out of state purchases over $250 will require identity verification prior to shipment unless you are a previous customer. (example Photo ID and a copy of a utility bill to your address of record with HIBid, or 2 forms of photo ID, this is not hard to do it is just protection for our seller’s cell number for text will be provided on request) If you are new HIBid customer shipments will be held 14 to ensure credit card is legitimate.

Credit Cards: Credit Cards will be charged for any items not paid or other arrangements made with the auction company for by 6 p.m. May 11th, 2021 

Tax Exempt: If you are sales tax exempt for resale, please provide tax number prior to bidding so customer accounts are up to date.
